Plans of Correction
A Plan of Correction may be needed after receiving a statement of deficiencies resulting from a survey. Agencies have limited time to formulate a plan and submit it to the applicable authority. HCL consultants are current and former surveyors, administrators, and owners. They have the experience to help you with successful formulation and implementation of a plan to correct identified issues.
Services include:
- Review of the statement of deficiencies and timeframes for completion
- Identification of corrective action needed
- Completion of a plan of correction document approved by agency leadership for submission
